Colorful Carousel Horses

If you didn't already know, a carousel or merry-go-round is a type of amusement ride consisting of a rotating circular platform with seats for riders - traditionally in the form of wooden horses or other animals mounted on posts which are moved up and down by gears to simulate galloping. Viewed from above, in the United Kingdom, merry-go-rounds usually turn clockwise (from the outside, animals face to the left), while in North America and Mainland Europe, carousels typically go counterclockwise (animals face to the right). The oldest existing carousel made in 1779 to 1780 stands in Germany at the Wilhelmsbad Park in Hanau. So what are you waiting for? Motorcycle Engine

Motorcycle Engine

Motorcycle engines are typically two-stroke or four-stroke internal combustion engines. Two-stroke engines have fewer moving parts than four-stroke engines, and produce twice the number of power strokes per revolution; consequently, two-stroke engines are more powerful for their mass. Four-stroke engines are generally associated with a wider power band making for somewhat gentler power delivery.
Toy Train Locomotive

Toy Train Locomotive

The earliest toy trains were made of lead and had no moving parts. Around 1875, technological advancements in materials and manufacturing allowed tin to be stamped, cut, rolled, and lithographed faster than ever before. Toy trains were revolutionized when Marklin, a German firm that specialized in doll house accessories, sought to create an equivalent toy for boys where a constant revenue stream could be ensured by selling add-on accessories for years after the initial purchase. In addition to boxed sets containing a train and track, Marklin offered extra track, rolling stock, and buildings sold separately. Electric trains followed, with the first appearing in 1897, produced by the U.S. firm Carlisle & Finch. Many modern electric toy trains contain sophisticated electronics that emit digitized sound effects and allow the operator to safely and easily run multiple remote control trains on one loop of track.
