Today's new puzzle features a 1954 Mercury Monterey. The Mercury Monterey is a full-size car model introduced by the Mercury division of the Ford Motor Company in 1952. It would later share the same body style with the slightly more upscale Marquis, and the Park Lane and Montclair until the latter two were extinguished after the 1968 model year. During its production the car served as the high-end, mid-range, and entry-level fullsize Mercury at various times throughout its run. It was the only Mercury to be in continuous production throughout the 1960s. The Monterey was discontinued after 1974.

In today's new puzzle we feature a beautiful Camperdown elm. About 1835 - 1840, the Earl of Camperdown’s head forester discovered a young contorted elm treegrowing in the forest in Dundee, Scotland. The young tree was lifted and replanted within the gardens Camperdown House where it still remains to this day. The gardener is said to have produced the first of what we know today as Camperdown elms by grafting it to the trunk of a Wych Elm.
Today we're featuring an industrial landscape with four cooling towers. Cooling towers are heat removal devices used to transfer process waste heat to the atmosphere. Cooling towers may either use the evaporation of water to remove process heat and cool the working fluid to near the wet-bulb air temperature or, in the case of closed circuit dry cooling towers, rely solely on air to cool the working fluid to near the dry-bulb air temperature.

A set of bagpipes minimally consists of an air supply, a bag, a chanter, and, usually, at least one drone. The bag is an airtight reservoir that can hold air and can be used to regulate its flow, enabling the player to maintain continuous sound. The chanter is the melody pipe, played with two hands. Almost all bagpipes have at least one chanter; some pipes have two chanters. Most bagpipes have at least one drone: a pipe which is generally not fingered but rather produces a constant harmonizing note throughout play.
