In today's puzzle we feature an yellow pinwheel. If you didn't know, this type of child's toy is made up o a wheel of paper or plastic curls attached to a stick by a pin. Pinwheels are designed to spin when blown upon by a person or by the wind.

These thorny evergreen shrubs in the family Rosaceae, are commonly know as firethorn. They are valuable ornamental plants, grown in gardens for their flowers and fruit. Fruit are either red, orange, or yellow pomes.

If you didn't know, seashells are hard, protective outer layers usually created by an animal that lives in the sea. Most shells that are found on beaches are the shells of marine mollusks. Another fun and challenging puzzle is here. In this new one we feature lots and lots of corn kernels. Corn kernels are the fruits of maize. One ear of corn contains roughly 800 kernels in 16 rows. Corn is a popular food throughout the world. It can be eaten raw off the cob, although it is usually preferred cooked. It is used in breakfast cereals. It is ground into flour and used as an ingredient. It is also fed to animals.

Colorful Butterfly On A Green Leaf

In this new puzzle we feature a brightly colored butterfly resting on a green leaf. Butterflies are important as pollinators for some species of plants. They feed primarily on nectar from flowers, but also derive nourishment from pollen, rotting fruit, tree sap, and dissolved minerals in wet sand or dirt. Nearly all butterflies are diurnal and have relatively bright colors.

Chainsaw

Time to cut some firewood, grab the chainsaw featured in this new puzzle and give us a hand! If you didn't know, a chainsaw is a portable saw that cuts with a set of teeth attached to a rotating chain driven along a guide bar. It can be powered by a small gasoline engine or a small electric motor. Chainsaws are used in activities like tree felling, limbing, bucking, pruning, cutting firebreaks and harvesting of firewood. Specialized chainsaws are also used to cut other materials (like stone, concrete, and brick) during construction activities.
