Aztec Warrior Masks Puzzle Details:

About: The Aztec people were certain ethnic groups of central Mexico, particularly those groups who spoke the Nahuatl language from the 14th to 16th centuries. Sometimes the term also includes the inhabitants of Tenochtitlan's two principal allied city-states, the Acolhuas of Texcoco and the Tepanecs of Tlacopan, who together with the Mexica formed the Aztec Triple Alliance that controlled what is often known as the "Aztec Empire". In today's puzzle we feature some beautiful Aztec inspired Warrior Masks made out of wood that you can find at souvenir shops in Mexico.

Wine Bottle

Wine Bottle

Wine has been produced for thousands of years. The earliest known traces of wine are from Georgia (c. 6000 BC),Iran (c. 5000 BC), and Sicily (c. 4000 BC) although there is evidence of a similar beverage being consumed earlier in China (c. 7000 BC). Wine is usually made from one or more varieties of the European species grapes, such as Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Merlot. Most wines are sold in glass bottles. Wine bottles are traditionally sealed with a cork, but screw-top caps are becoming popular, and there are several other methods used to seal a bottle. Corn Ears Drying In The Sun

Corn Ears Drying In The Sun

In this fun new puzzle we feature of bunch of corn ears drying in the warm summer sun. If you didn't know, an ear is the grain-bearing tip part of the stem of a cereal plant, such as wheat or corn. Maize is widely cultivated throughout the world, and a greater weight of maize is produced each year than any other grain. Sugar-rich varieties called sweet corn are usually grown for human consumption as kernels, while field corn varieties are used for animal feed, various corn-based human food uses (including grinding into cornmeal or masa, pressing into corn oil, and fermentation and distillation into alcoholic beverages like bourbon whiskey). Corn is also used in making ethanol and other biofuels. Most historians believe maize was domesticated in the Tehuacan Valley of Mexico. After the arrival of Europeans in 1492, Spanish settlers consumed maize and explorers and traders carried it back to Europe and introduced it to other countries. Maize spread to the rest of the world because of its ability to grow in diverse climates.
