About: Venice, a city in northeastern Italy and the capital of the Veneto region, is situated across a group of 118 small islands that are separated by canals and linked by 400 bridges. Venice has been known as the "La Dominante", "Serenissima", "Queen of the Adriatic", "City of Water", "City of Masks", "City of Bridges", "The Floating City", and "City of Canals." View Of Budva

Today we're visiting the town of Budva in Montenegro. The town is located on the Adriatic Sea and is the center of Montenegrin tourism, known for its well-preserved medieval walled city, sandy beaches and diverse nightlife. The Old Town of Budva, a part of which we feature in this puzzle, is situated on a rocky peninsula, on the southern end of Budva field. The entire town is encircled with defensive stone walls. The fortifications of Budva are typical of the Medieval walled cities of the Adriatic, complete with towers, embrasures, fortified city gates and a citadel. The layout of the town is roughly orthogonal, although many streets deviate from the grid, resulting in somewhat irregular pattern, with many piazzas connected with narrow streets. Mount St. Helens is an active stratovolcano located in Skamania County, Washington, in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Prior to the 1980 eruption, Mount St. Helens was the fifth-highest peak in Washington. It stood out prominently from surrounding hills because of the symmetry and extensive snow and ice cover of the pre-1980 summit cone, earning it the nickname "Fuji-san of America". Streams that originate on the volcano enter three main river systems: the Toutle River on the north and northwest, the Kalama River on the west, and the Lewis River on the south and east.

Canyon Play

Canyon

If you don't already know, a canyon or gorge is a deep cleft between escarpments or cliffs resulting from weathering and the erosive activity of a river over geologic timescales. A canyon may also refer to a rift between two mountain peaks, such as those in ranges including the Rocky Mountains, the Alps, the Himalayas or the Andes. Canyons are much more common in arid than in wet areas because physical weathering has a more localized effect in arid zones. Sometimes large rivers run through canyons as the result of gradual geological uplift.
Hong Kong At Night Play

Hong Kong At Night

Hong Kong, officially the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, is an autonomous territory on the Pearl River Delta of East Asia. There are 1,223 skyscrapers in Hong Kong, which puts the city at the top of world rankings. The high density and tall skyline of Hong Kong's urban area is due to a lack of available sprawl space, with the average distance from the harbour front to the steep hills of Hong Kong Island at 1.3 km , much of it reclaimed land. As a result of the lack of space and demand for construction, few older buildings remain, and the city is becoming a centre for modern architecture.
