About: Vernazza is a town and comune located in the province of La Spezia, Liguria, northwestern Italy. It is one of the five towns that make up the Cinque Terre region. The Cinque Terre is a rugged portion of coast on the Italian Riviera. It is in the Liguria region of Italy, to the west of the city of La Spezia. "The Five Lands" comprises five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. There are few roads into the Cinque Terre towns that are accessible by car: the one into Vernazza is open as of June 2012. Access to the town is mainly made by sea. You can see part of the town's small port in today's new jigsaw.

Landshut is the capital of Lower Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the banks of the River Isar and is the largest city in Lower Bavaria. The city was founded in 1204 by Duke Louis I. The town is of national importance because of its predominantly Gothic architecture within the historic town centre, especially Trausnitz Castle and the Church of Saint Martin featuring the world's tallest brick tower (you can see it in the center of today's new jigsaw puzzle). Construction of the church began around 1389, under the architect Hans von Burghausen. The building was completed in 1500. With a height of 130.6 m (428 feet), the church tower is considered to be the tallest brick building in the world.

It is a gateway from the sea to the old inner city at Kongens Nytorv (King's Square), where ships handled cargo and fishermens' catch. The first bridge across Nyhavn opened on 6 February 1875. The northern side of Nyhavn is lined by brightly colored townhouses built with wood, bricks, and plaster.
