This beautiful succulent (Echeveria setos), also known as Mexican firecracker, is native to Mexico and belongs to the Crassulaceae family. It is characterized by its rosette-shaped leaves that form a compact arrangement. The leaves are covered in fine hairs, giving them a fuzzy texture and a silvery-green appearance. The edges of the leaves are lined with small, sharp teeth. In spring it bears 30 cm (12 in) long stalks of red flowers with yellow tips.
