Centre Georges Pompidou is a complex building in the Beaubourg area of the 4th arrondissement of Paris. It was designed in the style of high-tech architecture by the architectural team of Richard Rogers and Renzo Piano, along with Gianfranco Franchini. It is named after Georges Pompidou, the President of France from 1969 to 1974 who commissioned the building, and was officially opened on 31 January 1977 by President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. It houses the Bibliotheque publique d'information (Public Information Library), a vast public library, the Musee National d'Art Moderne, which is the largest museum for modern art in Europe, and IRCAM, a centre for music and acoustic research.

Today we're visiting the Utrecht University Hall (Utrecht is the fourth-largest city of the Netherlands). The former Chapter House dates back to 1462. The oldest part of the University Hall is the Auditorium where in 1579 the Treaty of Utrecht was signed (generally viewed as marking the origin of the Dutch nation). The front of the University Hall, featured in today's puzzle, was built between 1891-1894 in the Dutch Renaissance style by master builders E. Gugel and F.J. Nieuwenhuis.

The Church of Saint John of Patmos is a Macedonian Orthodox church situated on the cliff over Kaneo Beach overlooking Lake Ohrid in the city of Ohrid, North Macedonia. The construction date of the church remains unknown but documents suggest that it was built before the year 1447. The church has a cruciform architectural plan, with a rectangular base. The church is dedicated to John of Patmos, the writer of Revelation, who has been by some considered to be the same person as John the Apostle.

The beautiful and intricate ceiling featured in this puzzle is part of the Marunouchi Tokyo Station north exit. Tokyo Station is a railway station in the Chiyoda City, Tokyo, Japan. It is located in Chiyoda's Marunouchi business district near the Imperial Palace grounds. The station is divided into Marunouchi and Yaesu sides. The station opened in 1914 and it has 10 island platforms serving 20 tracks, raised above street level running in a north-south direction. Tokyo Station is surrounded by high-rise buildings, which offer a view of the cupola and other elements of the station.

The Madeleine Church was designed in its present form as a temple to the glory of Napoleon's army. The Madeleine is built in the Neo-Classical style and was inspired by the Maison Carrée at Nîmes, one of the best-preserved of all Roman temples. Its fifty-two Corinthian columns, each 20 metres high, are carried around the entire building. The pediment sculpture of the Last Judgement is by Lemaire, and the church's bronze doors bear reliefs representing the Ten Commandments. Its size is 108 meters long and 43 meters wide.
