Red Robin With Berries Puzzle Details:

About: The red robin (also known as American robin) is named after the European robin because of its reddish-orange breast, though the two species are not closely related. The American robin is widely distributed throughout North America, wintering from southern Canada to central Mexico and along the Pacific Coast. Its diet consists of invertebrates (such as beetle grubs, earthworms, and caterpillars), fruits, and berries. The American robin is active mostly during the day and assembles in large flocks at night. In this fun new puzzle we feature an illustration of a beautiful red robin with some red berries in it's beak.

Four Camels

Four Camels

These kind of camels, featured in today's jigsaw puzzle, are two-humped camels or bactrian cames, they inhabit Central Asia; the dromedary, or one-humped camel, inhabits the Middle East and the Horn of Africa. The domesticated Bactrian camel has served as a pack animal in inner Asia since ancient times. The wild form has dwindled to a population estimated at 800 in October 2002 and has been classified as critically endangered. Bactrian camels are diurnal, sleeping in the open at night and foraging for food during the day. They are able to eat plants that are dry, prickly, salty and/or bitter, and can ingest virtually any kind of vegetation. The two humps on the back are composed of fat (not water as is sometimes thought).

Camels have long been domesticated and, as livestock, they provide food (milk and meat) and textiles (fiber and felt from hair). Cute Jack Russel And Santa Toy

Cute Jack Russel And Santa Toy

Christmas is just around the corner and this cute Jack Russel is getting into the holiday spirit. Jack Russells tend to be extremely intelligent, athletic, fearless, and vocal dogs. So, now that you now a bit more about this breed of dogs, pick your difficulty level, click start and put the small terrier and it's Santa Claus toy back together and complete today's new challenge.
Lapwings

Lapwings

This new puzzle features a pair of lapwings and their nest. The traditional terms `plover`, `lapwing` and `dotterel` were coined long before modern understandings of the relationships between different groups of birds emerged: in consequence, several of the Vanellinae are still often called `plovers`, and the reverse also applies, albeit more rarely, to some Charadriinae (the `true` plovers and dotterels). The birds in this puzzle are Northern Lapwing. The Northern Lapwing (Vanellus vanellus), also known as the Peewit, Green Plover or (in the British Isles) just Lapwing, is a bird in the plover family. It is common through temperate Eurasia. It is highly migratory over most of its extensive range, wintering further south as far as north Africa, northern India, Pakistan, and parts of China. It is a wader which breeds on cultivated land and other short vegetation habitats. 3 – 4 eggs are laid in a ground scrape. The nest and young are defended noisily and aggressively against all intruders, up to and including horses and cattle.
