Curious Giraffe

In today's puzzle we feature a curious giraffe. Giraffes usually inhabit savannahs and woodlands. They are the tallest living terrestrial animal and the largest ruminant on Earth. Giraffes live in herds and they eat leaves, fruits, and flowers of woody plants. Fully grown giraffes stand 4.3–5.7 m (14.1–18.7 ft) tall, with males taller than females.

Long-billed Cockatoo

In today's puzzle we feature two cute Long-billed cockatoos. The long-billed corella or slender-billed corella is a cockatoo native to Australia. The long-billed corella is found in grassy woodlands and grasslands, including pasture, fields of agricultural crop, and urban parks. This species is mostly white, with a reddish-pink face and forehead, and has a long, pale beak, which is used to dig for roots and seeds. It has reddish-pink feathers on the breast and belly.

Cute Red Pandas

In today's puzzle we feature two cute red pandas sitting in a tree. The red panda is largely arboreal and feeds mainly on bamboo shoots and leaves, but also fruits and blossoms. It inhabits coniferous and temperate broadleaf and mixed forests and favors steep slopes with dense bamboo cover. It is native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China. Despite it's name it is not related to the giant panda.

Carolina Parrots

The cute parrots featured in today's puzzle were native to the eastern, Midwest and plains states of the United States. They are now extinct. These small green neotropical parrots with bright yellow heads, reddish orange faces and pale beak were one of only three parrot species native to the United States. They used to live in forests along rivers and in swamps.

This new puzzle is based on a painting by the French artist Edgar Degas, created around 1871-1872. The painting depicts some horses grazing in a green meadow. In the foreground we can see two horses, a brown and and a white one. In the background we can see some houses, a river with boats and more horses grazing on the green meadow.

In today's puzzle we feature three hens and rooster. If you didn't know, rooster or cock is a term for an adult male bird, and a younger male may be called a cockerel. An adult female bird is called a hen. Chickens are one of the most common and widespread domestic animals.

Sparrow Sitting On A Tree Branch

In this new puzzle we feature a cute house sparrow sitting on a tree branch. The house sparrow is strongly associated with human habitation, and can live in urban or rural settings. The house sparrow originated in the Middle East and spread, along with agriculture, to most of Eurasia and parts of North Africa. It feeds mostly on the seeds of grains and weeds, but it is an opportunistic eater and commonly eats insects and many other foods.

Black Horse

In this new puzzle we feature a cute black horse waiting for it's owner after a day of grazing on a dandelion covered grassy meadow. Horses are grazing animals, and their major source of nutrients is good-quality forage from hay or pasture. They have 12 incisors at the front of the mouth, adapted to biting off the grass or other vegetation. At the back of the mouth they have 24 teeth adapted for chewing, the premolars and molars.

King Eider

The king eider spends most of the year in coastal marine ecosystems at high latitudes, and migrates to Arctic tundra to breed in June and July. It is a large sea duck, measuring 50–70 cm (20–28 in) in length with a wingspan of 86–102 cm (34–40 in). The male is unmistakable with its mostly black body, buff-tinged white breast and multicolored head. The head, nape and neck are a pale bluish grey. The cheek is pale green. The bill, separated from the face by a thin black line, is red with a white nail and a large, distinctive yellow knob.
