Lowland Gorillas

Lowland gorillas live in montane, primary and secondary forest and lowland swampland in central Africa. The lowland gorilla is the smallest subspecies of gorilla but still has exceptional size and strength. Gorillas live in groups of up to 30 individuals that are led by one or more adult males. As primarily herbivorous, the main diet of lowland gorilla groups is fruit, roots, shoots, wild celery, tree bark and pulp. Gorillas are considered highly intelligent.

Black Horse

In this new puzzle we feature a cute black horse waiting for it's owner after a day of grazing on a dandelion covered grassy meadow. Horses are grazing animals, and their major source of nutrients is good-quality forage from hay or pasture. They have 12 incisors at the front of the mouth, adapted to biting off the grass or other vegetation. At the back of the mouth they have 24 teeth adapted for chewing, the premolars and molars.

In this new puzzle we feature a cute house sparrow sitting on a tree branch. The house sparrow is strongly associated with human habitation, and can live in urban or rural settings. The house sparrow originated in the Middle East and spread, along with agriculture, to most of Eurasia and parts of North Africa. It feeds mostly on the seeds of grains and weeds, but it is an opportunistic eater and commonly eats insects and many other foods.

Eld's Deer

The Eld's deer, also known as the thamin or brow-antlered deer, is a species of deer endemic to South Asia. The deer are generally of medium size, they have a rough and coarse coat that change color with the season; in summer the color is reddish-brown, while in winter, it turns dark brown. Their diets comprise a variety of herbaceous plants, grasses, and shoots, fruit and wetland plants. The species is categorized as endangered.

Zebras At The Waterhole

There are three extant species: the Grévy's zebra (Equus grevyi), plains zebra (E. quagga) and the mountain zebra (E. zebra). Zebras are easily recognized by their bold black-and-white striping patterns. Striping patterns are unique to an individual.

Goats are naturally curious and are reputed to be willing to eat almost anything, including metal or plastic containers and even cardboard boxes.

Horses are herbivores with a digestive system adapted to a forage diet of grasses and other plant material, consumed steadily throughout the day. They are herd animals, with a clear hierarchy of rank, led by a dominant individual, usually a mare. Horses communicate in various ways, including vocalizations such as nickering or whinnying, mutual grooming, and body language.

Iberian Lynx

The Iberian lynx is a wild cat species endemic to the Iberian Peninsula in southwestern Europe. The Iberian lynx prefers heterogeneous environments of open grassland mixed with dense shrubs. It preys foremost on the European rabbit for the bulk of its diet, supplemented by red-legged partridge, rodents and to a smaller degree also on wild ungulates. Unfortunately, this beautiful animal is currently is listed as endangered.
