Hot Air Balloons
Today's new jigsaw puzzle features some beautiful hot air balloons. The hot air balloon is the oldest successful human-carrying flight technology. It is in a class of aircraft known as balloon aircraft. On November 21, 1783, in Paris, France, the first untethered manned flight was made by Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier and François Laurent d'Arlandes in a hot air balloon created on December 14, 1782 by the Montgolfier brothers.

Two Polar Bears
A carnivorous bear native to the Arctic Circle, the polar bear, is a marine mammal (because it spends many months of the year at sea). Its diet primarily consists of ringed and bearded seals. The polar bear's most common hunting method is called still-hunting. The bear may lay in wait for several hours next to a seal breathing hole. When the seal exhales, the bear smells its breath, reaches into the hole with a forepaw, and drags it out onto the ice. The polar bear is an excellent swimmer and often will swim for days. When sprinting, it can reach up to 40 km/h.
The impressive bull in today's new puzzle is a male of the Highland cattle breed. These bulls have long horns and long wavy coats. They originated in the Highlands and Western Isles of Scotland and were first mentioned in the 6th century AD. They are a hardy breed due to their native environment, the Highlands of Scotland. This results in long hair, giving the breed its ability to overwinter. Mature bulls can weigh up to 800 kilograms (1,800 pounds) and cows can weigh up to 500 kilogram. Cows typically have a height of 90–106 centimeters, and bulls are typically in the range of 106-120 centimeters.
Green Bell Peppers

The color of bell peppers can be green, red, yellow, orange and more rarely, brown, white, rainbow lavender and dark purple, depending on the variety of pepper. Most typically, unripe fruit are green or, less commonly, pale yellow or purple. One variety, Permagreen, maintains its green color even when fully ripe. Red, yellow, and orange peppers all come from different seeds and are different cultivars of pepper. Red peppers are simply ripened green peppers. Green peppers are less sweet and slightly more bitter than yellow or orange peppers, with red bell peppers being the sweetest.
