Darts

Darts

Darts is a traditional pub game, commonly played in the United Kingdom, across the Commonwealth, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Republic of Ireland, the Scandinavian countries, the United States, and elsewhere. The dartboard may have its origins in the cross-section of a tree. An old name for a dartboard is "butt"; the word comes from the French word but, meaning "target". Initially the missiles were simply cut down arrows or crossbow bolts. The first purpose made darts were manufactured in one piece from wood; wrapped with a strip of lead for weight and fitted with flights made from split turkey feathers. The standard dartboard is divided into 20 numbered sections, scoring from 1 to 20 points, by wires running from the small central circle to the outer circular wire. Circular wires within the outer wire subdivide each section into single, double and triple areas. There are many games that can be played on a dartboard, but darts generally refers to a game whereby the player throws three darts per visit to the board with the goal of reducing a fixed score, commonly 501 or 301, to zero, with the final dart landing in either the bullseye or a double segment.

They are native to the Americas, ranging from Patagonia in the south to parts of western Canada in the north - except for Rhipsalis baccifera, which also grows in Africa and Sri Lanka. Cactus flowers usually have many stamens, but only a single style. The flower as a whole is usually radially symmetrical, but may be bilaterally symmetrical in some species. Flower colors range from white through yellow and red to magenta.
A Cup Of Cappuccino

A Cup Of Cappuccino

Traditionally prepared with double espresso, hot milk, and steamed milk foam this Italian coffee drink will give the energy you need to solve this new puzzle. 'Cappuccino' originated as the coffee beverage "Kapuziner" in the Viennese coffee houses in the 1700s at the same time as the counterpart coffee beverage named "Franziskaner": 'Kapuziner' shows up on coffee house menus all over the Habsburg Monarchy around this time, and is in 1805 described in a dictionary as 'coffee with cream and sugar'. Cappuccino as we write it today (in Italian) is first mentioned in northern Italy in the 1930s. Cappuccino was traditionally a taste largely appreciated in Europe, Australia, South America and some of North America. By the mid-1990s cappuccino was made much more widely available to North Americans, as upscale coffee houses sprang up.
