In today's jigsaw we feature the Peles Castle is a Neo-Renaissance castle in the Carpathian Mountains, near Sinaia, in Prahova County, Romania.It was built between 1873 and 1914. Its inauguration was held in 1883. Its architectural style is a romantically inspired blend Neo-Renaissance and Gothic Revival similar to Schloss Neuschwanstein in Bavaria. A towering statue of King Carol I by Raffaello Romanelli overlooks the main entrance. Many other statues are present on the seven Italian neo-Renaissance terrace gardens, mostly of Carrara marble executed by the Italian sculptor Romanelli. The gardens also host fountains, urns, stairways, guarding lions, marble paths, and other decorative pieces.
Purple Rock Cress
Aubrieta deltoidea is a species of flowering plant in the mustard family. Common names include Lilacbush, Purple Rock Cress and Rainbow Rock Cress.It is native to southeastern Europe, but it is grown worldwide as an ornamental plant and it grows wild in some areas as a garden escapee. This is a small perennial herb forming carpets of green spoon-shaped to oval-shaped leaves, some of which are lobed. The showy inflorescence bears small flowers with four lavender to deep pink petals.

Also known as Georgsdom or Limburger Dom this catholic cathedral (build in the late Romanesque style) is located above the old town of Limburg in Hesse, Germany. Inside today's cathedral, the outline of the first church built in 910 by Konrad Kurzbold on the "Limburger Rock" can still be found. Construction on the church began about 1200. The consecration was in 1235 by Theoderich von Wied, the archbishop of Trier.
